About Dodger Stadium
Dodger Stadium opened in 1962 and is the third-oldest ballpark in the majors, behind only Fenway Park and Wrigley Field. Built into the hillside of Chavez Ravine overlooking downtown Los Angeles, it remains one of the largest ballparks in the sport by seating capacity.
