About Sahlen Field
Sahlen Field, the longtime home of the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons, served as the temporary home of the Toronto Blue Jays for most of the 2020 season and part of the 2021 season when border restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic prevented the team from playing in Canada. The 2020 games were played without spectators. The Blue Jays' stay prompted renovations including new bullpens moved behind the outfield walls, batting cages beyond right field, and resodded outfield grass.
