Earned Runs

I am on a long trip and enjoying this game immensely. Thanks so much to ActionSims. One glitch I noticed while managing the 1957 Milwaukee Braves. In the 9th inning of a game, Juan Pizarro loaded the bases. Don McMahon replaced him with no outs. McMahon allowed all three baserunners to score before eventually retiring the side. The box score after the game showed all three runs as charged to McMahon. But shouldn't they have been charged to Pizarro, who put the runners on base? Or am I wrong?

Again, thanks for reporting this. I think we may have a fix for this issue. Whenever you have a chance, please observe as you play like you normally do and let us know if you're still seeing an issue with earned runs for pitchers not being recorded as the game should.

You're absolutely right about the runs. Under MLB rules, Pizarro would be responsible for all three runners he left on base, even though they scored while McMahon was pitching. Whether those runs were earned would depend on how the inning played out.
So it looks like you've found a bug in our scoring. I'll get an issue opened so we can look into it and get it corrected.
