CutterHistorical Issue

Hey there Harlin,
Wanting to do CutterHistorical a solid. Apparently hr experienced some sort of hiccough in the game. I don't know what his game settings are so I am not quite certain what the issue may - or my not - be.

If you start at 11:37 in his video you will see. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance! I do note that his fielder positions are not set properly an I do not know if THAT would be the cause.

Oh yeah, tell him to refresh the page when this occurs as a workaround for now.

Think I've got an idea to fix that once and for all. The NUCLEAR option -- darn, no devil emoji, I guess this will do ->🔥 .... I need some kind of script that will double-check to ensure the correct action buttons get re-drawn instead of relying on each path to it, to handle it. Bad coding on my part.

Ok, Beatles, hopefully this is fixed. I have a JavaScript piece that should check after each play that the buttons do show and they are the expected ones. Fingers crossed.
I wrote some tests to verify different situations -- I hope I got them all. I manually played 3 full games as I normally would, so I usually get to test out a number of things when I do it this way. I did not see any problems with it but I guess mileage can vary.
Anyways, let me know if you see any weirdness (related to this and otherwise in the game). Thanks again for making me aware of it and please offer my apologies to CutterHistorical.

Ah yes, I see it. It seems the prompt button doesn't come back right away after getting a modal to choose to send a runner home. I found something like this yesterday and fixed it but maybe it's not as fixed as I'd hoped.
And yes, his fielders are off and he needs to adjust them. I am currently working through each ballpark that I have and setting a default positioning for everything. I have not gotten to older fields like old Shea Stadium quite yet.
I would tell anyone to turn off the announcer if their expectations are for a decent game as it may still exhibit some syncing issues.
At any rate, I'll look into the first issue and see what I can do today.
